EL PASO, Texas — Three people were hurt, one of them seriously, when two vehicles crashed Friday evening, Nov. 6, in El Paso’s Lower Valley.

El Paso police said the collision happened near the intersection of Alameda Avenue and Little Flower Road. A gray car and a red car were seen at the scene afterward.

The El Paso Fire Department counted three injured people. Paramedics took two of them to the hospital. One of those two had serious injuries and the other had minor ones. The third person was checked at the scene and turned down a ride to the hospital.

Police had not said what caused the crash or whether anyone would be cited. No names were released, and there was no update on the condition of the seriously injured person.

Alameda Avenue is one of the busiest roads through the Lower Valley, and this stretch has seen several crashes with injuries. In May 2025, three vehicles collided at 7271 Alameda Ave., and seven people were hurt. Earlier this year, a crash between a car and a motorcycle at 8803 Alameda sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries.

In that May 2025 wreck, one of the seven injured people also declined to go to the hospital, much like one of the three people hurt on Friday. The motorcycle crash earlier this year was reported at 2:21 p.m., and the fire department said one rider was hospitalized with serious injuries after that collision.

Drivers who use Alameda near Little Flower Road should expect officers in the area while the investigation continues. Anyone who saw the crash can call El Paso police.
